Nursery Activity Ideas - Creating A Beach Collage
This is a simple and fun activity for children of all ages to create their own beach collages.
You will need:
- Card
- Glue
- Sand
- Pasta shells
Activity:
Spread the glue onto the card and pour some sand over the top, lift the card and tap off any excess sand. Dip the pasta shells into the glue and attach to the picture. Some glue may need to be poured over the shells to hold them in place securely. Dry the collages flat and once dried can be used to create an effective beach wall display.
This can be done on a larger scale as a group collage if preferred, and can then be joined together to create a sandy beach for a large wall collage.
