Nursery Activity Ideas - Giant Parcel Birthday Chart
This is a bright way of displaying children’s birthdays which is quick and easy to create.
You will need:
- Bright coloured happy birthday wrapping paper roll or sheets
- Plain coloured paper or ribbon
Activity:
Attach the wrapping paper to the wall to make any size of parcel that best fits the space you have and the number of children in your room. Next cut the Plain coloured paper or ribbon into two strips to fit vertically and horizontally along the centre of the parcel and fix into place. Next using the same paper or ribbon, cut out a large bow shape and attach to the top of the parcel above the vertical strip of paper.
To display the children’s birthday, take a photo of the child and attach to the parcel, with their name and birthday written underneath on a piece of coloured or plain paper.
