Nursery Activity Ideas - “In The Night Garden” – Pontipines Birthday Chart
This fun birthday chart is suitable for children who enjoy “In The Night Garden”.
You will need:
- A4 paper
- Scissors
- Marker Pen
- Paint, crayons or pencils
Activity:
On the A4 paper draw a Pontipine holding a flag, draw enough for all the children in the group to have one each. Let the children colour their Pontipine with a choice of materials. Write the child’s name and birthday on the flag, and cut the picture out. Arrange all the Pontipines on the wall.
You could also take a picture of the children and cut around their face and glue it onto the face of the Pontipines. An “In The Night Garden” display can also be created by adding the Pontipines house or other characters to your wall display.
