Nursery Activity Ideas - Make A 3D Christmas Angel

This makes a nice christmas display and a great gift for parents to take home.

Fold a square piece of white card into a cone and tape together on the inside, the children can paint and decorate this with sequins, feathers, glitter and a range of material. Next cut out some wing shapes with a head again from white card. The children can decorate these in the same way then glue the wings onto the cone to cover the join, this will now be the back. Make a halo out of a small piece of pipe cleaner and attach to the back of the head. Take a photo of the child and cut a circle around their face and glue onto the angels face.

Cotton can be attached to the angels to hang them up to create a display and will also make a lovely christmas gift for their parents.
