Nursery Activity Ideas - Wrapping Christmas Presents
A fun activity that older children will enjoy completing to add the finishing touches to their christmas tree.
Collect a number of different shapes and sizes of boxes, and wrapping paper with a variety of colours and patterns. Allow the children to choose their own boxes to wrap, and cut their chosen paper to the correct size and tape together around the box. The children can then decorate their presents with a choice of ribbons or bows. Give the children a gift tag to write their name on, encouraging the children to write their own names, then tape on to the present.
The completed presents can be placed under the christmas tree or as part of a christmas display.
