Nursery Activity Ideas - Rainy Day Outdoor Play
Another activity that older children will thoroughly enjoy, and offers a change from dry days in the garden.
Dress the children in waterproofs and wellies and take them into the garden in the rain, allow them to jump and splash in the puddles and get wet and dirty! Children can also be given child’s umbrellas to play with.
This activity also opens up opportunities for further learning and development of a variety of skills.

If it is ever a rainy day and you have nothing to do with your children, why dont you take them out with their wellies and splash around in the puddle and have a good time. =]
