Nursery Activity Ideas - Make A Shape Picture
This is an activity that all children will have fun creating, and that older children can use to become more familiar with different shapes.
Give the children a piece of paper, glue and a variety of coloured paper shapes in different sizes. The children can glue the shapes onto their paper to create different patterns and pictures. Engage in conversation with the children about the shapes they are using and their ideas and designs.
