Nursery Activity Ideas - Make A Daffodil Collage
This is a very simple, easy to set up activity for children of all ages. The finished daffodils can be used to form a larger St.David’s day display.
You will need:
- Daffodil template
- Glue
- A range of yellow collage materials
- A range of green collage materials
- Scissors
Activity:
print off or draw a daffodil outline for each child, and provide them with a choice from a wide range of yellow and green collage materials to decorate their daffodil. Older children will be able to cut and prepare their own materials, allowing them more independence, choice and opportunities to practice their scissor control skills.
Once the daffodils have dried cut around the outlines and attach them to the wall to form a larger St.David’s day display.
