A simple fun creative activity that can be completed by children of all ages.
You will need:
- Crayons or Pencils
On plain paper either draw or print a picture of a child wearing winter clothes for the children to colour. If completing this activity with older children you could talk about what items of clothing the child in the picture is wearing.
Next take a photo of each of the children. You will need to take photo’s fairly close up so you can see the child’s face clearly when you print them off. Print off the photos and cut around the outline of the child’s face, next glue their photo over the face on their colouring pictures. Older children will be able to cut out and stick their photos on the pictures themselves.
These pictures can then be displayed on the wall as part of a winter themed display. They can also be used as a colourful way to display key carer groups within the room.
